[Composition] Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate
[Character] This product is a white powder with a chlorine odour. The combustion promoter is a fine yellow powder.
[Pharmacological Action]
Disinfectant. After heating, sodium dichloroisocyanurate releases chlorine gas, which acts on pathogenic microorganisms through chlorination and oxidation, causing denaturation of bacterial proteins and leading to the death of pathogenic microorganisms, thus exhibiting bactericidal effects.
[Indications]
Disinfectant. Mainly used for smoking and disinfection of empty poultry houses and feeding utensils.
[Administration and Dosage]
Smoking: Mix bag A (sodium dichloroisocyanurate) and bag B (oxidizer) in a 2:1 weight ratio, use 5g of the mixture per 1m3, ignite, sealed for more than 12 hours (12-24 hours). Thoroughly ventilate the chicken house before transferring the flock into it.
[Adverse Reactions]
The fumes produced when this product burns are highly irritant, causing users to experience tearing and coughing. In severe cases, chlorine poisoning may occur, manifesting as agitation, vomiting, and breathing difficulties.

(1) Use immediately after preparation; keep away from heat sources.
(2) The fumes produced during combustion may irritate skin and mucous membranes; users should take appropriate protective measures.
