Administer by intranasal drop or drinking-water vaccination. Dilute the vaccine with normal saline, water for injection, or cold boiled water with good water quality according to the number of doses indicated on the vial label.

Intranasal Drop Vaccination: Administer 1 drop (0.03 ml) per chicken.

Drinking-Water Vaccination: Double the dosage. The amount of drinking water depends on the age of the chickens. Generally, it is 5 - 10 ml for 5 - 10 day-old chickens, 10 - 20 ml for 20 - 30 day-old chickens, and 20 - 30 ml for adult chickens.

[Precautions]

1. After dilution, store the vaccine in a cool and dark place and use it up within 4 hours.

2. Avoid using metal containers for drinking-water vaccination. Stop water supply for at least 2 - 4 hours before vaccination.

3. Dispose of used vaccine vials, instruments, and unused vaccine in a harmless manner.
